Accepted Insurances

We recommend that you check with your insurance company to confirm benefit coverage prior to scheduling an appointment. For your medical and vision benefits, participation status may vary. Always check with your insurer about your coverage before making an appointment or receiving non-emergency care. Verify that you are covered for the practice, the individual provider, and the visit. Some insurance plans require members to use specific optical labs for their glasses, or to obtain a referral or authorization before certain types of medical care.

Please remember to bring your insurance card & a photo ID with you at every visit. We may ask you to sign documents as needed, because specific signed forms for each admission are required by insurance companies in order for payment to be made.

  I usually receive compliments from people after I get Juvederm injections from Dr. Semel. The injections give my face a radiant and youthful look. Dr Semel has years of experience and education in applying Botox, Juvederm, and Voluma and her work always looks natural. I trust the quality of Dr. Semel’s work and always have confidence in what to expect from her. I recently tried a new product from Dr. Jane Semel called SkinPen. One thing I really like about Dr. Semel is that she always stays on top of new facial and neck products for women. SkinPen is the latest in technology to help the neck and face. It’s not an injection. Before the treatment, my face was gently cleansed. Then Dr. Semel used what looks like a pen and runs it over my neck and every area of my face which feels like a slight stinging that does not hurt. This treatment lasts about 30 minutes. It promotes a healing process of collagen and elastin that continues for months afterwards. My neck and face already look more youthful, softer and natural.
